QWhat accuracy can you achieve?

Desktop blue-light/structured light typically ±0.02mm; handheld laser on large parts ~±0.05mm. Reflectivity, occlusion, and calibration affect results — complex parts can be scanned in segments.

QWhat should I provide?

A physical sample is enough to start. Old drawings, mating requirements, tolerances, or target formats (STEP/report) speed reverse engineering.

QCan shiny or transparent parts be scanned?

Highly reflective or transparent parts often need spray or targets. We assess non-destructive options and explain any temporary surface effects.

QWhat are the deliverables?

Options: raw point cloud, STL mesh, NURBS surfaces, parametric STEP, 2D drawings, and color-map PDF. We can engineer outputs for CNC/sheet-metal quoting.

QTypical lead time?

Scan + point-cloud processing ~1–3 days; surface/feature reverse ~3–7 days; large or on-site jobs by schedule. Rush available on request.
