To provide manufacturing services, we may collect account details, contact information, company details, quotation requirements, uploaded drawings, 3D models, process parameters, order records, payment status, support messages, and basic device logs.

• Account and contact information is used for login, notifications, after-sales support, and order confirmation.
• Engineering files are used for quotation, DFM review, production preparation, and quality traceability.
• Log data is used for security auditing, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

Uploaded drawings, models, and technical documents are not displayed publicly unless you publish them to the model library or explicitly authorize sharing. Internal access is limited to necessary quoting, engineering, production, quality, and support roles.

We do not sell personal information or engineering files. To fulfil manufacturing orders, necessary process, material, dimension, and delivery information may be shared with bound supply-chain partners, limited to order execution.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data, and deletion of uploaded files not yet in production. Order, financial, or audit records may be retained for legally or operationally required periods.
