Laser cut up to 3000×1500mm, min feature 0.5mm; CNC bend to 4000mm; thickness 0.3mm (SS 0.5mm) to 20mm (CS). Tube bend Ø6–160mm, wall 0.5–8mm.
Laser: no tooling, fast (2–3 days), best for 1–500 pcs, complex/multi-SKU. Stamping: tooling ¥3k–20k, low unit cost for 1000+ simple shapes.
CRS (SPCC), HRS (SPHC), SS (304/316L/430), Al (5052/6061), galvanized (SGCC/SGCE), copper (T2/H62). Optimal thickness varies — engineers recommend after upload.
Fixtures, stitch/back-step and symmetric welding reduce distortion; post-weld straighten; critical faces/holes finished by CNC; UT/MPI/dye-pen reports available.
Metal: blast, brush, electropolish. Coatings: powder (any RAL), wet paint, anodize (Al). Plating: Zn (electro/hot-dip), Ni, Cr. Special: Geomet, black oxide, PVD.
Laser position ±0.1mm, cut face Ra 1.6–3.2 (MS/SS); bend size ±0.2mm, angle ±0.5°. Secondary CNC can reach ±0.05mm.
DXF/DWG flats program cutting fastest. STEP/IGES 3D lets engineers unfold and check bend order/interference. Best: STEP + flat DXF + PDF.
